Incorporation of an industrial piping and maintenance oriented company called MG Tuyauterie. At that time, it was also an equipment manufacturer.

The integrated Quality, Health, Safety, Environment management system in order to receive the ISO 9002 certification. It enforces strict Health, Safety and Environment protection rules (HSE).

Takeover by MG founder children’s, Fabien & Laurent MAUDUY. Their first aim was to make MG a French nationwide company. Therefore they have diversified company range of activities to become an Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM).

Start-up of the MG Normandy agency in Sandouville (Normandy region – FRANCE), near to Le Havre (major French Harbor) in order to increase our influence in northern France territory.
- Start-up of an Industrial Water Treatment company called VIVAQUA.

MG Normandy obtain MASE certification.

- MG Normandy receive UIC certification and the 3-year extension of MASE certification
- Headquarters in Saint-Symphorien d’Ozon (Rhône-Alpes region – FRANCE) are certified UIC too
- Start-up of a Temporary Work Agency called BIRD Interim in Saint-Symphorien d’Ozon (Rhône-Alpes region – FRANCE)

The integrated Quality, Safety, Environment management system in accordance to ISO 9001 2000 version, demonstrates Groupe MG will to answer MASE and UIC requirements. 

– Start-up of a PHARMA Concept & Process Department specialized in pharmaceutical industry projects.
- MG Headquarters obtains MASE certification for industrial piping and maintenance activities.

- Moving from Saint-Symphorien d’Ozon (69 – FRANCE) to Chaponnay (69 – FRANCE).
- The company commercial name becomes Groupe MG which link the three entities with a common motto oriented towards services for the industry.

- MG Rhône-Alpes headquarters receive MASE/UIC certification for Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), Industrial Piping and Maintenance activities.
-  Start-up of a new BIRD Interim agency in Lillebonne (76 – FRANCE).
